GENERAL
• All visitors will need to register and undergo a temperature check and complete a declaration form at the entrance of our showrooms and service centre
• Social distancing of 1 meter distance will be practiced at all times (e.g. customer waiting area, office, meeting rooms, staff rest area, etc.)
• Only 1 person is allowed in the Surau during prayers
• All visitors are required to wear a mask in our premises. A mask will be provided for customers who do not have a mask
OUR PREMISES
• All common contact areas in the premises will be cleaned and sanitized 3 times a day
OUR VEHICLES & CUSTOMER’S VEHICLES
• Basic sanitization will be carried out on all Renault cars before and after driving
- Daily thorough sanitization includes: contact points sanitizing, cabin & air-cond evaporator fogging which disinfects and kills bacteria in the air and on vehicle surfaces
- Surface sanitization after every test drive
• Customers who would like to opt for additional sanitization & disinfection services for their vehicles can purchase the Sanitization package (available at Renault PJ service centre)
OUR STAFF
• All staff are required to undergo a temperature check before entering the premises on a daily basis
• All staff are required to wear a mask at all times when handling customer’s vehicles or having direct contact with other staff or customers
