The regular maintenance service, insurance and road tax is covered under your rental fee for trial, fixed and switch plans.

Under the Fixed plan, wear & tear parts are not included. You can take up an optional Wear & Tear package for the Captur, Koleos and Megane R.S. which will cover brake pads, wiper blades, tyres and alignment/balancing.

Under the Trial and Switch plan, wear & tear parts are covered for the Captur.

There are 3 plans available – Trial plan, Fixed plan and Switch plan. The key differences are:

You can start using the Renault family access 1 month after your Subscription start date. With the Base plan, you have 2 months Renault family access and can utilize the Megane R.S. for up to 2 weeks. The Prime plan, you have 2 months Renault family access and can utilize the Megane R.S. for up to 2 weeks.

Switch vehicle usage is a 14 day slots, and is subject to availability.

Bookings to be made at least 14 days in advance.

The new vehicle of Renault Captur & Megane R.S. will be available within 14 days from the date we receive your payment. While the Koleos estimated delivery time will be updated directly to customer by our team.

Renault Captur Pre-Owned plan – you will be expecting to receive the vehicle 3 months upon payment made.

Trial Plan – you will be expecting to receive the vehicle within 3 months from the day we receive payment. (Subject to vehicle availability)

You can drive the vehicle within Malaysia and Singapore. However, additional insurance is required for vehicles travelling to Singapore at a minimal fee. Kindly obtain Singapore access option during online submission at Renault E-Store or inform us at 1800-18-8663 (Monday – Sunday, 8am – 8pm) if you will be using your vehicle outside of Malaysia.

While for the Trial Plan, vehicles are only allowed within Malaysia only.

Unfortunately, should a colour of a vehicle you request be unavailable, we will provide you with alternative options for your selection.


The Vehicle collection date shall be notified to you via Renault E-Store or our team on date and time at a Renault showroom near you.


You will need to notify us if you would like to end your Subscription and return the vehicle. You will need to return the vehicle to the nearest showroom for outstation subscribers.

For Trial Plan – kindly return the vehicle to the respective showroom where you have collected the vehicle from.

This programme is currently applicable for Captur model only (not applicable for Captur+ and Captur Trophy).

Yes,  you will be given a Service Voucher and you will need to bring the vehicle in to any authorized Renault Service Centre every 6 months / 10,000km for maintenance services

The vehicle is covered by insurance. However, there may be some excess fees incurred during the following situations:

In the event of an accident:

An excess fee max. of up to RM2,500 for Captur, RM3,500 for Koleos and RM6,000 for Megane R.S. (subject to the level of damage to the vehicle) may be imposed per incident.

Condition upon return of vehicle:

During vehicle return, we will inspect the condition of the vehicle. Please return the vehicle in good condition. Refer to the Terms & Conditions for full details.


You may seek assistance from our 24 hour Customer Support hotline by dialing the toll-free number of 1800-88-8663. They will be able to assist on on-site emergency support and towing assistance.

All repairs must be done at authorized Renault Service Centres only.

Renault vehicle servicing intervals are every 6 months / 10,000km (whichever comes first).  We have 20 service centers nationwide that you can visit.  You will be given a free service voucher and will need to ensure the vehicle is serviced at an authorized Renault Service Center.  Regular maintenance of the vehicle is compulsory.  Contact our team at 1800-18-8663 (Monday – Sunday, 8am – 8pm) for assistance.

These vehicles are solely for use for day-to-day on-road use only.  No race and off-road usage is permitted.

Yes you can.  However you will need to adhere to the mileage cap that you have subscribed for.  Also, you will need to adhere to the required service intervals.

Smoking is strictly not allowed.

Under the Captur and Koleos Fixed plan,  you may opt for an additional 10,000km / year for RM200 /monthly or an additional 20,000km /year for RM400. For Megane R.S. Fixed plan,  you may opt for an additional 10,000km / year for RM400 /monthly or an additional 20,000km /year for RM800. At the end of your Subscription term,  any excess mileage is subject to RM0.50 per km for Captur & Koleos and RM1 per km for Megane R.S.

If you would like to have unlimited mileage,  select the Switch plan or Fixed plan (Used Vehicle).

The Subscription Charges of the Said Vehicle is inclusive of car insurance coverage of:

  1. unlimited liability for death or injury to third parties; and
  2. property damage liability up to Ringgit Malaysia Three Million (RM3,000,000.00) only on per occurrence basis.

The insurance coverage shall only be effective provided if you or the Designated Drivers:

  1. shall have lodged a police report on the accident; and
  2. shall have reported the accident to TCEC, within twenty four (24) hours from the time of the accident.


Renault Subscription is now open to all Malaysians citizen and Non-Malaysians citizen who have a valid driver’s license and companies.

This could be due to several factors – vehicle availability,  traffic offenses,  credit standing and other factors.


You will need to inform us 30 days in advance via email and fill out the Cancellation Request form via:

In the event the Subscriber has paid the Subscription Charges, but decided to cancel the program before collecting the vehicle, no refund of any amount will be allowed.

As the name suggested, the Fixed plan is fixed and a penalty will be incurred of up to the full sum of the unfulfilled contract value. Having said that – the contract period is for a short 1 year or 3 years only.

For Switch, it is totally flexible and you will be able to cancel at anytime without any penalties. Just give us a 30 day notification and complete the Cancellation Request form.

The Subscription shall automatically terminate in the event of:

  1. defaulted on your payment;
  2. you have not been deemed to be using the vehicle for that does not comply with the terms set forth in the terms & conditions, or
  3. you shall have an interim order in bankruptcy proceedings made against you. 

At the end of your Subscription, you have three options:

  1. Buy over the Renault vehicle you have been driving. The price will be offered to you at the end of the Subscription period based on the condition of the vehicle, or
  2. Continue with your Subscription of a new Renault, or
  3. End your Subscription

At the end of your Trial plan, you have three options:

  1. Sign-up a new Fixed or Switch Plan, or
  2. Extend your trial plan
  3. Or end your subscription


By Credit / Debit Card Auto Deduction. Kindly add your credit / debit card at Renault E-Store. The monthly subscription payments will be deducted automatically from your card.

There are some tax benefits from Subscription, depending on which Renault model you opt for.  The Qualifying Expenditure (QE) for private motor vehicle is has a limited amount claimable.  However, with Subscription, companies will be able to claim the full tax benefit of the Subscription payment made.

Additionally,  the Renault Subscription programme is designed to help customers be able to better plan and manage their ownership costs. The monthly payments include insurance,  road tax,  maintenance already with no down payment needed.
